We offer family-style dinners and individual meal preps made with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible to all of Frederick County, MD and some select surrounding areas. Catering, private chef experiences and in-home cooking classes are also available. For these specialized services, we reach beyond Frederick County, MD to include Montgomery, Carroll and Washington counties, as well as areas around Leesburg, VA and Washington, DC. Our meal preps include calorie and macro-nutrient counts to help you reach your health goals. These dietary options are usually available each week:

How it works:

Ordering begins on Monday morning at 8 a.m. The deadline to order is Friday at midnight. Ordering is closed on weekends to allow the website to be updated with the next new menu for the following week. Gift cards may be purchased at any time.
Each week we offer two family-style dinner options and various individual meal preps that will be delivered on the following Tuesday after ordering has closed.
Charcuterie boards are available as part of a catered event only. Please fill out our form here.

When ordering please tell us your preferred delivery window in the Order Notes section on the Checkout page. We will try to accommodate you as best we can. Customer’s orders are grouped by delivery area to prevent ping-ponging across the county. If you will not be home at the time of delivery please leave a cooler on your porch large enough to hold your order. Customers are responsible for making sure that there is adequate refrigeration that’ll last until they get home. We’re sorry, but there is no pickup option available at this time.

We offer FREE delivery within Frederick County, Maryland! Orders outside of Frederick County in select surrounding areas will be charged a $15 delivery fee or receive FREE delivery with a minimum $100 purchase. Your zip code may be entered on the Cart page to see if shipping (home delivery) is available. If you believe there is an error and you should be (or would like to be) within the delivery area, please email Sara.

We are happy to accommodate special dietary restrictions when possible and food allergies as necessary. Please list these with every order in the Order Notes section on the Checkout page.

   Sara Kep's Kitchen has been a staple of our family's meal weekly meal planning for more than 6 months. We appreciate the portion sizes and the variety but most, her attention to detail when we make special requests. For example, one person in our household is allergic to kiwi. It was an ingredient in fruit salad one week and we knew we could trust that our fruit salad was prepared separately (so no kiwi or juice even touched our food). We have had 2 order errors but they were both corrected swiftly and we were more than happy with the result.
Our family also asked if we could order a "special project" -- a Thanksgiving charcuterie board for the Thursday and the Friday night shifts at FC Animal Control. Sara put together a gorgeous, overflowing board AND a container of "refill" items so the tray would stay full for these essential workers that had to be at their jobs on a holiday.
We can see ourselves using her services for a long time into the future. Tasty + easy prep + reasonable cost = repeat customers!

   I have tried many meal delivery services to help make weekday meals easier on our hectic schedule. The difference with those mail order services and Sara Keon’s, is Sara food you actually look forward to eating. The meals all taste amazing, huge portions and even include a dessert.    Everything we’ve tried has been delicious! It's great that she provides both complete meals and a la carte options since we do try and avoid her amazing desserts when we have the willpower, LOL. Generous meal portions, flexibility depending on food preferences, and easy prep instructions. The added fact that she delivers is also a huge convenience plus.    I love Sara Kemp and all she brings from her amazing food to her delightful personality. At Christmas I contacted her as I was working on Christmas gifts for my friends and ran across her name on Everything Frederick. I wanted to put together a special Christmas gift to include an electric wine opener, favorite wine and whatelse could I include to make it extra special?  When I ran across the website and saw Sara offered individual charcuterie boxes I thought this would be perfect to round out my gift. The boxes had everything and then some to make a perfect evening, lunch, etc. Did you know Sara delivers! For the Christmas holiday she had ordered special holiday boxes which had beautiful gold bows on them. When she arrived at my house I couldn't believe how large and full the charcuterie boxes were and was beyond thrilled as it was a hit with me so I knew my friends would love it to! Which they did! In true Sara fashion she included a box free of charge for me! The quality of everything, meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit, condiments, desserts was exceptional! Thank you Sara!    Our apartment hosted a holiday party where Sara Kep's Kitchen catered. Her food was AWESOME! I got to try the roast beef flatbread, chicken parmesean sliders, shrimp and grits, spinach artichoke app, and the salted chocolate chip cookies. Everything was DELICIOUS. Sara was extremely helpful and kind to the staff. I definitely recommend her, if for nothing else, for the food. It was great!
