About Sara Kep’s Kitchen

We are a small business based out of Frederick, Maryland that specializes in creating meal preps and personalized, catered food using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible.

We deliver to all of Frederick County for free. Orders outside of Frederick Co. in select surrounding areas will be charged a $15 delivery fee or receive free delivery with a minimum $100 purchase requirement. Tips for our delivery drivers are always appreciated!

When ordering please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
