BBQ Chicken Panini
Cook just like a grilled cheese in a small skillet.

Pour into a saucepan and heat through.
Buffalo Chicken Dip Pinwheels
Preheat the oven to 400° and place pinwheels in a single layer, 2 inches apart from each other and bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Caramelized Onion Roast Beef Sandwich
Air Fryer: Preheat to 375° and cook for 6 minutes. Microwave: Unwrap sandwich and place on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 3-5 minutes on 50% power.
Corn Dog Bites

TikTok Salmon Bowl
Pop the corner of the container to vent. Take out the bowls. Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 50% power, then 15 second intervals until hot. Stir the salmon into the rice, top with spicy mayo and avocado and eat with seaweed snacks. Be careful of any steam escaping while removing the lid.
Waffles
Heat the waffles in the toaster on the lightest or lowest heat setting until toasty and golden brown. Top with the toppings provided.
Warm Pretzel Sandwich
Wrap the sandwich in a paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.

Apple BBQ Chicken

Apple Brie Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375° and bake chicken, uncovered, for 30 minutes (2 person) or 45 minutes (4 person) or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165° or higher.
Apple Cider Braised Pork Shoulder

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°. Pour apple cider liquid into the pan with the pork, tightly cover with 3 layers of aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 3 hours (2 person) or 4 hours (4 person).

In the crockpot: Place the pork shoulder into the crockpot and pour the apple cider liquid over the pork. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours (2 person). Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours (4 person).

Apple Cider Brined Pork Chops
Preheat oven to 400°. Take the pork chops out of the brine and pat dry with paper towels then lightly coat them with vegetable oil. Bake the pork chops in a baking dish, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature is at least 145°.
Apple Crisp
The apple crisp is already cooked so you could add it to the oven at 350° for 15-20 minutes to warm or scoop out some and microwave until it’s warm.
Asparagus
Preheat the oven to 375° and bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.

Bacon Jam Burgers
Preheat your grill on medium-high heat. Lightly oil grates and place patties on the grill. (Pro tip: do NOT press down on your patties.) Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for a medium-medium well burger. (Beef internal temperatures: Medium rare 135°, Medium 145°, Well done 160°) When you have about one minute left, put a piece of cheese on each burger, close the lid and let the cheese get melty for one minute. Take off the grill and layer with your favorite burger toppings on the brioche buns. You can also cook these the same way on the stovetop over medium-high heat for the same amount of time.
Bacon Ranch Chicken
Preheat oven to 400° and bake chicken, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes (2 person) or 35-45 minutes (4 person) or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165° or higher.
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
Preheat oven to 375°. Bake tenderloin, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes (2 person) or 30-40 minutes (4 person) or until internal temperature is 145° or higher. Spread apricot glaze on top as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Baked Beans
Heat the baked beans in a pan over medium heat.
Baked Potato Casserole
Preheat the oven to 375° and bake the Baked Potato Casserole, uncovered, for 20 minutes (2 person) or 30 minutes (4 person).
Baked Potato Quiché
Preheat the oven to 350° and bake the quiche, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes.
Balsamic Flank Steak
Preheat grill over a medium high flame and lightly oil the grates. Use a paper towel to dab marinade off of the flank steak. Place on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side. If the steak is sticking to the grill it means it’s not ready yet! The steak should easily release from the grates. Use a thermometer to check if the steak is at your desired temperature. (Rare 120°, medium rare 130°, medium 140°, medium well 150°, well 160°+). Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with blue cheese sauce.
BBQ Chip Chicken
Bake at 400°, uncovered, for 25 minutes (2 person) or 35-40 minutes (4 person) or until internal temperature is 165° or higher.
BBQ Pot Roast with Braised Vegetables
Place the BBQ pot roast and cooking liquid into a crockpot and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Beef & Broccoli
Place a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon oil, then add broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring every minute until the broccoli is bright green, then remove from the pan. Turn the pan to high heat and add the beef strip in a single layer and cook 2 minutes per side. Add the sauce to the beef, reduce the heat to medium low and cook 3-4 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Add the broccoli and serve over lo mein noodles (sold separately.)
Beef & Dorito Casserole
Preheat the oven to 375° and bake for 30 minutes (2 person) or 45 minutes (4 person) until hot and bubbly.
Beef Stew

In the oven: Preheat oven to 350°. Add braising liquid to the pan of beef stew and tightly cover with two layers of aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 3 hours. You will know it’s done when the meat can be easily shred apart with a fork.

Crock pot directions: Put the meat and vegetables in the crock pot and pour the liquid over the top. Cook 2 person meal on low for 8 hrs. or on high for 4 hrs; cook 4 person on low for 10 hrs. or on high for 6 hrs. Remove the bay leaves and shred the meat with a fork.

Beef Stroganoff
Pour stroganoff into a saucepan and heat over medium heat while stirring until simmering.
Berry White Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding
Preheat oven to 350° and bake bread pudding, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes.
Braised Cabbage and Bacon
Preheat the oven to 400° and bake the Braised Cabbage for 15 minutes.
Broccoli (Lemon Garlic or Lemon Butter)
Put broccoli in a microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup water and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 4-5 minutes depending on your microwave. Drain and top with the lemon garlic butter.
Broccoli with Red Onion Butter
Put broccoli in a microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup water and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 4-5 minutes depending on your microwave until bright green and tender. Drain and top with red onion butter.
Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400° and bake the Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Brown Sugar Chicken
Crockpot heating instructions: Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, then shred with a fork. Stove top heating instructions: Dice chicken breast into bite size pieces. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 7-10 minutes or until internal temperature is 165° or higher.
Bruschetta Chicken

Caramelized Onion Green Beans

Place green beans in a microwave safe dish with 1/4 cup water and tightly cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 5-7 minutes until desired tenderness. Carefully remove plastic wrap and drain water then top with the caramelized onions and salted butter.

Caramelized Onion Mashed Potatoes

On the grill: To heat potatoes, place the aluminum pan uncovered in the corner of your grill over no flame. Stir every 5 minutes.

In the oven: Preheat your oven to 375° and bake for 20 minutes uncovered.

Carnitas Tacos
Preheat oven to 375° and bake carnitas, uncovered for 15-20 minutes (2 person) or 20-30 minutes (4 person). Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and bake at 375° for 10 minutes until warm. Then assemble tacos with all the toppings you’d like.
Carrots with Goat Cheese and Pecans
Preheat the oven to 375° and bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until the carrots are fork tender. Top with crumbled goat cheese and chopped pecans.
Cheesy Mushroom Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375° and bake chicken, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes (2 person) or for 30-35 minutes (4 person) or until internal temperature is 165° or higher.
Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya
Preheat oven to 350°. Pour the stock into the aluminum pan with the rice, chicken and andouille sausage. Cover tightly with aluminum foil, place pan on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes.
Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Bake
Preheat oven to 375° and bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes (2 person) or for 30-40 minutes (4 person) until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
Chicken and Rice
Preheat the oven to 350°. Pour the stock into the pan with the rice and chicken. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes with the lid on and then 15 minutes with the lid off (2 person) or 30 minutes with the lid on, then 20 minutes with the lid off (4 person).
Chicken Chesapeake
Preheat the oven to 375° and bake the chicken breast for 25 min (2 person) or 45 min (4 person) until topping is melted and chicken internal temperature is 165° or higher.
Chicken Enchiladas
Preheat oven to 375° and bake the enchiladas, uncovered, for 20 minutes (2 person) or 30 minutes (4 person).
Chicken Fajitas
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and saute marinated chicken until internal temperature is 165° or higher. Then toss in peppers & onions to heat through. Wrap tortillas in a wet paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds until warm.
Chicken Gyros
Preheat oven to 400° and bake chicken, potatoes and spanakopita, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Warm up the pita bread in the oven for 5 minutes. Stuff the pitas with the baked chicken, cucumbers, tomato, red onion and top with the tzatziki sauce.
Chicken Marsala
Preheat oven to 375° and bake chicken for 20 minutes (2 person) or 30 minutes (4 person) or until internal temperature is 165° or higher.
Chicken Piccata
Preheat the oven to 400° and bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes (2 person) or 30-35 minutes (4 person) or until the internal temperature is 165° or higher. Heat the lemon caper sauce in a small pan on the stove over medium heat until simmering.

Preheat oven to 425° and bake for 30-40 minutes until top is golden brown and internal temperature is 165° or higher. If frozen, let thaw overnight in the fridge and bake as directed.
Chicken Schnitzel
Preheat the oven to 400° and bake the Chicken Schnitzel for 20-25 minutes (2 person) or 30 minutes (4 person) or until the internal temperature is 165° or higher. Air fry method: Bake for 8 minutes at 375°, flip, then cook for another 8 minutes at 375°.
Chicken Tacos
Preheat oven to 375° and bake the chicken for the tacos for 10-15 minutes (2 person) or 15-20 minutes (4 person). Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and add to the oven in the last 5 minutes to warm them. Dice the cooked chicken before adding to the tacos.
Chili featuring Hemp’s Beef
Pour chili into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until the meat reaches 165° or higher.
Chipotle Chicken Kebabs
Preheat grill over a medium flame. Lightly oil grill and cook each kebab for 5-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 165° or higher.

Pour creamed corn into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until simmering and heated through.
Crinkle
Crinkle can be eaten at room temperature but if you want it warm, bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or cut a piece, put on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Crispy Honey Chipotle Chicken with Creamy Dill Sauce

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 400° and bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes (2 person) or for 30-40 minutes (4 person) until the internal temperature is 165° or higher. When there are 5 minutes left, slather on the honey chipotle sauce. Serve the dill sauce on the side to dip it in.

In the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 390° and cook the chicken for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6 minutes until the internal temperature is 165° or higher. Slather with honey chipotle sauce then air fry for 2 minutes. Serve with dill sauce on the side to dip in.

Add rice and vegetable stock to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 18 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove any bay leaves. Fluff with a fork and serve.
Green Beans Almandine
Place the green beans in a microwave safe bowl with 1/4 cup of water and cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5-7 minute until cooked to desired tenderness. Drain water, top with butter and toasted sliced almonds then toss.
Green Beans and Carrots
Place the green beans and carrots in a microwave-safe bowl with 1/4 cup water, tightly cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 4-5 minutes until tender. Top with herb butter.
Green Beans (Garlic Butter)

On the grill: Heat a grill to medium-high. Oil the grates. Lightly oil grill and cook corn over a medium flame for ~10 minutes or until all sides are bright yellow and lightly charred. You could also boil these in water on the stove for 10 minutes. Don’t forget to slather the Old Bay butter onto your cooked corn.

Pour the liquid into a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the shrimp, turn the heat down to medium and cover with a lid. Cook 2 minutes and stir. Cook another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and just cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to take out. Serve with cocktail sauce.

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°. Remove the shrimp from the container. Pour the stock into the aluminum pan with the rice and andouille sausage. Cover tightly with aluminum foil, place the pan on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes. Then, carefully take the aluminum off the jambalaya, add the shrimp, stir and continue baking for 20 minutes.

Shrimp Fajitas
Preheat oven to 375° and bake the peppers and onions for 20 minutes and the shrimp for 10 minutes. Warm tortillas on the stove or in the microwave.
