Overview

We want you to be happy with your order so we will do all we can to the best of our abilities to accommodate any changes that you request. Due to the fact that food and other items are purchased in advance and perishable, we offer the following cancellation and refund policies.

Cancellations

Party orders and Special Event cancellations must be received at least 14 days before the requested delivery date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the delivery date since the food and accessories have already been purchased.

Charcuterie cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the requested delivery date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the delivery date since the food has already been purchased.

Dinner and meal prep cancellations must be received by Sunday at 12 p.m. for items designated for delivery on Tuesday. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Sunday at 12 p.m. since the food has already been purchased.

Payments

Payment for Party orders and Special Events must be paid as follows: Minimum 50% paid 14 days in advance with the remainder due the day of the event.

Payment for Charcuterie boards must be paid in full 48 hours in advance of the delivery date.

Refunds

We only replace or refund items if they are damaged upon delivery or were not made to your specifications listed in the Order Notes on the Checkout page. To request a replacement or refund, email Sara. If it’s in regards to a delivery on a Tuesday, please call Sara immediately before she leaves your area.

We do not offer refunds for food that is spoiled due to lack of refrigeration at the delivery destination.

We do not offer refunds for food that has been damaged, eaten or stolen by pets, wildlife, neighborhood kids, your pesky neighbor, strangers, etc.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
