How does this meal prep service work?<\/span><\/h5>\nTwo new family dinner bundles (with a la carte options) and approximately 16 meal preps are posted every Monday morning on the website, usually by 8am. The deadline to order is Friday at midnight. On Sunday, Sara will email you your approximate delivery time for Tuesday. Sara shops and prepares your food all day on Monday through early Tuesday morning, and then delivers to her customers on Tuesday.\n
When will the next menu be posted?\n<\/span><\/h5>\nMenus for the following week are posted on Mondays, usually by 8am. You can check here<\/strong><\/a> or on our Facebook<\/a><\/strong> page. To make sure you don’t miss our menu posts please go to our Facebook page, click on the three dots > Follow Settings > News Feed > Favorites. This will make sure that our posts appear near the top of your news feed.

When is the deadline to order?\n<\/span><\/h5>\nThe Friday prior at midnight for the following week.\n
Where do you deliver?<\/span><\/h5>\nWe deliver for FREE to all of Frederick County, Maryland. We will try to accommodate deliveries outside of Frederick County to some select surrounding areas (see list below) for a $15 delivery fee or receive FREE delivery with a minimum $100 purchase requirement. You may enter your zip code on the Cart page to see if shipping (home delivery) is available. If you believe there is an error and you should be (or would like to be) within the delivery area, please email Sara<\/a><\/strong>.\n\nCurrent select delivery areas outside of Frederick County, MD are Hagerstown, Williamsport, Boonsboro, Funkstown, Keedysville, Damascus, Clarksburg, Dickerson, some parts of Gaithersburg and Germantown, and Lovettsville, VA.\n
When will I know my delivery time?<\/span><\/h5>\nSara will email you on Sunday with an approximate time of when she’ll be dropping off your order. Due to delivery logistics she may not be able to accommodate last minute delivery time change requests. Please allow for an hour delivery window around your designated delivery time.\n
We won’t be home when you deliver. What should we do?<\/span><\/h5>\nWe try to accommodate your schedule as best we can but we know it’s not always possible. Please make sure that you leave a cooler on your porch large enough to fit your order and enough ice packs to keep it cold until you get home. We are not responsible for food melting or going bad due to inadequate refrigeration.\n
Our plans have changed at the last minute. Can we change our delivery time?\n<\/span><\/h5>\nDue to the way we plan and schedule our deliveries for speed, efficiency and to keep costs down, we’ll do our best, but we may not be able to accommodate last minute changes. Please give as much notice as possible by emailing Sara<\/a><\/strong> directly.\n
Can I pickup my order?<\/span><\/h5>\nWe’re sorry, but pickup is not available right now. Although we have a brick and mortar location in Thurmont, MD, it’s set up solely as a commercial kitchen and not a a retail store. We hope to offer grab-n-go food in the future though.\n

I want to order food for a friend. Can you deliver to their home instead of mine?<\/span><\/h5>\nYes, just click “Ship to a different address” on the order form.\n
Do you have nutrition facts for family bundles?<\/span><\/h5>\nSince we’re always updating and adapting our recipes this isn’t possible at the moment.\n
I don’t like blue cheese (goat cheese, those funky shaped olives, etc.). Can I get my charcuterie board without it?<\/span><\/h5>\nYes! We will customize your board to the best of our abilities, within reason of course. We also accommodate any food allergies. Please let us know in the Order Notes section on the Checkout page.\n
Are gift cards available?\n<\/span><\/h5>\nYes! You can purchase them here<\/strong><\/a>.\n
Can you apply my gift card to my purchase?<\/span><\/h5>\nNo, you must be the one to apply it before you place your order. If you want to use a gift card please enter your code where it says “Have a gift card?” on the Cart or Checkout pages.\n
Where can I check my gift card balance?<\/span><\/h5>\nYou can check your balance here<\/strong><\/a>.\n
Can I reload a gift card I already have?<\/span><\/h5>\nYou can do this by going to the Gift Card Balance<\/strong><\/a> page, entering your gift card number and click the Check Balance button. Click on the “add more funds to this gift card” button and it will take you to the page to add more money onto your current gift card. *Note: Gift cards are non-refundable.<\/em>\n
Where do I enter my promo code?<\/span><\/h5>\nIf you have a promo code please enter it where it says “Apply Coupon” on the Cart page or “Have a coupon?” on the Checkout page.\n
My food came in a plastic (Tupperware, Glad, etc.) container. Can I put it in the oven?<\/span><\/h5>\nNo! If your food came in a plastic container and is supposed to be baked, please transfer it to an appropriate baking dish or pan for the oven.\n
Do you want your containers back?<\/span><\/h5>\nIf you want to save them for us, we will happily donate the containers to the local Girl Scouts to use for crafts. If you have a recycling program in your area we encourage that too.\n
Technical Issues<\/strong><\/h5>\n
Why did my order fail?<\/span><\/h5>\nThe most common reason for an order to fail is that that billing address that you provided does not match what the credit card company has on file, especially zip codes. Stripe cross-references the information and if they don’t match, the transaction will fail. Please contact your credit card company to make sure they have the correct information or try using a different credit card.\n
Help! When I place my order it says “Error: The zip code you supplied failed validation.” What should I do?<\/span><\/h5>\nThe most common reason for an order to fail is that that billing address that you provided does not match what the credit card company has on file, especially zip codes.       I have a 4-digit gift card that isn’t working on the website. What should I do?\n<\/span><\/h5>\nWe created 4-digit gift cards ourselves before we setup the website with a handy dandy plugin to generate gift cards. Please email Sara your order directly<\/strong><\/a> along with your name and the number on your gift card and she will be sure to deduct the amount from your order.
