Use a paper towel to dab marinade off of the flank steak. Place on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side. If the steak is sticking to the grill it means it&#8217;s not ready yet! The steak should easily release from the grates. Use a thermometer to check if the steak is at your desired temperature. (Rare 120&deg;, medium rare 130&deg;, medium 140&deg;, medium well 150&deg;, well 160&deg;+). Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Take the paper lid off of the beef. Gently stir the red wine liquid to dissolve the ingredients, add it to the pan with the beef and cover tightly with 2 layers of aluminum foil. Bake for 3 hours. The beef is ready when it can easily be cut with a fork. Remove the bay leaf.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Crock pot directions:<\/em> Take the paper lid off of the beef. Gently stir the red wine liquid to dissolve the ingredients. Add the beef and wine liquid to a crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Remove the bay leaf.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #003057\">Beef &amp; Broccoli<\/span><\/h5>\nPlace a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon oil, then add broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring every minute until the broccoli is bright green, then remove from the pan. Turn the pan to high heat and add the beef strip in a single layer and cook 2 minutes per side. Add the sauce to the beef, reduce the heat to medium low and cook 3-4 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Add the broccoli and serve over lo mein noodles (sold separately.)\n<h5><span style=\"color: #003057\">Beef &amp; Dorito Casserole<\/span><\/h5>\nPreheat the oven to 375&deg; and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes (2 person) or 45 minutes (4 person) until hot and bubbly.\n<h5><span style=\"color: #003057\">Beef Stew<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><em>In the oven:<\/em> Preheat oven to 350&deg;. Add braising liquid to the pan of beef stew and tightly cover with two layers of aluminum foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 3 hours. You will know it&#8217;s done when the meat can be easily shred apart with a fork.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>Crock pot directions:<\/em> Put the meat and vegetables in the crock pot and pour the liquid over the top. Cook 2 person meal on low for 8 hrs. or on high for 4 hrs; cook 4 person on low for 10 hrs. or on high for 6 hrs. Remove the bay leaves and shred the meat with a fork.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #003057\">Beef Stroganoff<\/span><\/h5>\nPour stroganoff into a saucepan and heat over medium heat while stirring until simmering.\n<h5><span style=\"color: #003057\">Berry White Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding<\/span><\/h5>\nPreheat oven to 350&deg; and bake bread pudding, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes.\n<h5><span style=\"color: #003057\">Braised Cabbage and Bacon<\/span><\/h5>\nPreheat the oven to 400&deg; and bake the Braised Cabbage for 15 minutes.\n<h5><span style=\"color: #003057\">Broccoli (Lemon Garlic or Lemon Butter)<\/span><\/h5>\nPut broccoli in a microwave safe bowl, add 1\/4 cup water and cover with plastic wrap.
